With a central service center, two additional ECOM certified service center locations and over 15 representatives spread throughout America, we are able to meet all your ECOM service needs.

Our service team has over 100 years of accumulative product and application experience with a track record of being the industry baseline when it comes to service quality. All ECOM analyzers carry a 12-months warranty on parts and 18-months warranty on sensors.

E-Rent

ECOM has established an analyzer rental program to support your needs for emissions monitoring. Our rental analyzers are available for rent in weekly and monthly increments. Rentals typically ship within 24 hours of order receipt depending on availability. Available For Rent:

Having a general understanding of emission analyzer principles and applications, along with troubleshooting techniques this will enable users to perform basic self-maintenance, protecting your investment by reducing downtime.

Our goal is to teach you how to:

understand analyzer principles
field troubleshoot
replace certain sensors
calibrate certain sensors
use ECOM’s test and compliance software

E-Warranty

Limited Warranty is provided for free with the initial purchase of an analyzer.

Extended Warranty plans are available for two (2) years, three (3) years, and five (5) years.

Full Warranty plans are available for two (2) years, three (3) years, and five (5) years. ECOM will cover parts, sensors, full service, calibrations, consumables and UPS ground shipping back to your location.
